HOW TO WITHDRAW:

Step 1: Provide your Username and Password to log into your account

Step 2: Click on withdraw, type the amount you want to withdraw.


Step 3: Input any 4 digit pin of your choice. (Please note: this pin will be required to withdraw your money at the ATM). Then click generate Paycode.


Step 4: A confirmation page with amount to withdraw and transaction reference will be displayed click on confirm to complete the request.


Step 5: Transaction confirmation is displayed with your registered phione number and paycode token. Kindly copy the phone number and the paycode token and keep safe.


Step 6: Proceed to any ATM with the information you have. At the ATM Press Entre key to start.

Step 7: Select Paycode and follow the on screen directions. You wll be required to input:
1. Your 12 digit Paycode token
2. the Pin you generated
3. The amount you want to withdraw
Once these information is correct, cash will be dispensed to you.
